Deneka Desroches President

Deneka is the founder of Ayiti Cheri Foundation. She is a first generation Haitian American native of New Orleans, LA. She is also a first generation college graduate, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations from Tulane University with a with a minor concentration in Accounting and Finance. She is licensed Real Estate Broker in Louisiana and owner of Divine Realty Consultants.

As a child, she was taught the importance of a quality education by witnessing the struggles her Haitian immigrant father faced in America. Witnessing the struggles that her family and others still face today in Haiti, she wanted to give back to Haiti and make education available for those whose parents aren’t able to send them to school.

Caleb Desroches Vice-President

Caleb is the co founder of Ayiti Cheri Foundation. He is a citizen of Haiti and resides in of Camp Perrin, Les Cayes. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a concentration in Agriculture from the Université Quisqueya. He has over 20 years of professional work experience as a Supervisor of Agricultural Credit at CAPOSAC. He has worked on several major projects in Les Cayes advancing the farmers and small businesses. He believes that access to a quality education is extremely important. He has witnessed how a quality education can make a difference in the self-esteem of students which promotes them to desire to learn.

Yveson Joseph Treasurer

Yveson is a native of Saint Marc, Haiti. He brings lots of energy and a passion for education to ACF. He is an educator and graphic designer that brings a love of art and culture to the classroom. Students are truly blessed to have him onboard. He as a high positive impact on those around encouraging and motivating them to do their best .

Rosalyn R Duley Secretary

Rosalyn is a resident of New Orleans, LA. She graduated from Southern University College of Law in Baton Rouge, LA. She is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association. She is the owner of the Law Offices of Rosalyn Ruffin-Duley and her areas of practice are:
